The last blog of 2025 reflects on a 9-year cycle and how the cosmos teaches us that change is constant. This reminder is especially important now, as we navigate an uncharted phase in human history. We are in an era defined by significant transformations that will form the foundation of a new age.

What is an era? According to Webster’s Dictionary, a long and distinct period of history with a particular feature or characteristic. Each time an outer planet starts a new cycle, it reminds us of our past. The cycles vary in duration; the longer the duration, the more dramatic the change. This context helps us recognize how we are leaving the information age and moving into the quantum age.

2026 is a new 9-year cycle—a time for new beginnings and letting go of the last nine years. Let’s explore some psychic and astrological insights for the coming year. Three big events to look out for: the year-long alignment of our outermost planets, suggesting sudden and irreversible changes; the powerful and auspicious February solar eclipse; and the shift of heavy earth and water energy to air/fire. How might these changes affect you?

Currently, astrologers are busy looking at the ten newly discovered planets from the last two years, while the 3-I Atlas, the third interstellar “entity” called Atlas, remains a mystery. Sedna, one of the newly discovered outer planets, has an 11,400-year cycle and is now in Gemini until 2067. While these discoveries are fascinating, I will not go down that rabbit hole here. Instead, let’s focus on what we can meaningfully track as we navigate cosmic changes.

Looking at the big picture, the future is filled with unknowns beyond our imagination (Neptune in Aries). Amidst this vast universe, let’s carefully choose the focus and create the life you desire. Remember, energy flows where attention goes. By using the intense Pluto, Uranus, and Neptune energies, you will manifest your heart’s desires. Pluto and Uranus are about change and transformation. Reflect on your life and decide what changes you desire, especially during these significant cosmic shifts.

The three outer planets of Uranus, Neptune, and Pluto are the slowest-moving in our solar system, which provide long-term effects and opportunities. This shift coincides with rapid and abundant discoveries unfolding in our world. As we witness the limitless (Neptune) nature of our universe—both outward and inward—innovations (Uranus/Aquarius) are emerging at record speed globally. For example, if you follow Planet Positive, you’ll find scientific studies highlighting improvements in our environment, medical technology, and life. However, you might have to dig (Scorpio) for uplifting news each day. Media outlets are shifting and changing as never before, and thanks to social media (Gemini/Aquarius), ordinary people are now providing newsworthy content. Remember, this is just the beginning of our new nine-year cycle—with change occurring quickly and abundantly. To maintain your inner peace (Neptune/Pisces), focus on your intentions and what brings you joy and harmony.

In February, we will experience one of the most favorable times of the year, during the Solar eclipse at 28 degrees Aquarius. Use this time to plant seeds of intention, especially on a community level, and watch them grow. Without going into planetary alignment details, trust that “the sky is the limit” for your life. It’s a time to be bold, have courage, and determine to make a difference—whatever resonates with you. Each of you will have your unique dream.
